New Business comes with some speed bumps. If you ever feel like our service isn’t up to your standards, we’ll take 15% off, no questions asked!

On-Time, Every Time:

If we miss a deadline, we’ll take 10% off your project price. No questions asked, no haggling on your end.

"One Minor Change”:

Sometimes, after you’ve looked at something for a while you notice small details that you’d like tweaked. If you reach out to us within 6 months of your completed project with a list of minor changes, we’ll adjust your project free of charge. (Excludes the recreation of an entire video).

No Surprises:

The worst feeling is when you’re quoted one thing and charged something far greater in the end. With us, what you’re quoted is what you pay. Any surprises on the day of shooting, or in the editing room are on us.

The “Uh-oh”:

The worst thing a client can hear from a photographer or a videographer is “uh-oh”. We take every precaution against accidents, but should your footage get lost or corrupted at any point during the project timeline, we will re-do the entire project at no additional cost.
